01 Acceptance

By using this website, submitting the contact form, purchasing the n8n Self-Hosting Masterclass, or engaging LittyBots to build a bot, automation, AI agent, or related service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, no hard feelings — just don't use the site or Services.

02 The Services

LittyBots designs, builds, and deploys custom software: Discord and Telegram bots, AI chat agents, workflow automations, internal tools, scrapers, and related hosting and maintenance. Every engagement is scoped in writing (the "Spec") before work begins. If it isn't in the Spec, it isn't included — but ask, and we'll quote it fast.

03 Quotes, Payment & Deposits

• All quotes are flat fees, fixed before work starts, quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
• Custom builds: 50% deposit due on signing to book your build slot; the remaining 50% due on delivery, before handover of credentials and source code.
• Course & add-ons: payment in full at purchase, delivered digitally.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days. Work pauses if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue.
• Any third-party costs (API usage, LLM tokens, hosting, domain names, ngrok, VPS) are billed at cost or are your responsibility, as stated in your Spec.

04 Timeline & Delays

We commit to the timeline in your Spec. Timelines move if you move: if we're waiting on access, feedback, content, or approvals from you for more than 5 business days, the delivery date shifts by the same amount. If the delay is our fault, we eat the cost — as promised on the front page.

05 Your Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) give us timely access to the accounts, APIs, docs and data we need; (b) make sure you have the right to ask us to access or process that data; (c) review staged demos and give feedback within the agreed window; and (d) keep your own credentials safe after handover.

06 Ownership & IP

On receipt of final payment, you own the custom code, configuration, and documentation we built specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, templates, and know-how (including course materials), which we license to you forever, royalty-free, as part of your deliverables. You may white-label anything we build for you — it's yours.

07 Confidentiality

We treat your data, docs, and business logic as confidential, and we'll sign your NDA if you need one. You agree not to share our quotes, Specs, or course materials publicly without asking first.

08 Third-Party Services

Bots and automations depend on third parties — Discord, Telegram, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Stripe, ngrok, hosting providers. Their terms and availability apply, and we're not liable for their outages, price changes, or API changes. If a third party breaks something we built, we'll help you fix it at our standard rates.

09 Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that the Services will materially match the Spec for 30 days after delivery (the "Babysitting Window") and we'll fix defects in that window free. Beyond that, the Services are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that AI outputs will always be accurate, appropriate, or free of errors — humans stay in the loop for a reason.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LittyBots' total liability for any claim arising from the Services is capped at the fees you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or community drama — even if we were told they were possible. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they apply to the fullest extent they can.

11 Termination

You can cancel before work starts for a full deposit refund. After work starts, the deposit is earned and non-refundable (see the Refund Policy). We can terminate if you're more than 21 days overdue on payment or if the engagement becomes abusive. On termination, you pay for work performed to date.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta, and you agree to their jurisdiction — though honestly, we'd rather just hop on a call and sort it out like adults.

13 Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version live on this page with the "Last updated" date above is the one that applies. Material changes will be flagged by email to active clients.

01 What We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the business:

• Contact form: your name, email, company, and project details — used solely to reply and quote.
• Client engagements: the above plus anything you share during scoping (docs, API access, data samples), invoices, and payment records.
• Course purchases: name, email, and payment confirmation — used for delivery, receipts, and update notices.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited). No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no cookies-for-ads.

02 What We Never Do

We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal information to anyone. Ever. No spam, no mailing lists you didn't ask for, no "partners" you've never heard of.

03 How We Use It

• To respond to inquiries and deliver quotes.
• To build, deploy, and support the Services you hired us for.
• To deliver digital purchases (course PDF, templates) and send receipts.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (Canadian records retention).

04 Third-Party Processors

To deliver the Services we use processors such as payment providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal), email delivery, cloud hosting, and AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). They process data only as needed to provide their service, under their own privacy obligations. Project data is never used to train AI models by us, and we configure services to honor that wherever the platform allows.

05 Where Data Lives

Data may be processed or stored in Canada and the United States (where most cloud providers operate). By using the Services you consent to this transfer. We keep personal information on reasonable security: encryption in transit, access limited to the people working on your project, and credentials stored in managed secret stores — never in plain text.

06 How Long We Keep It

Contact-form messages: up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Client project data: for the life of the engagement plus 7 years (Canadian tax and records requirements). Course purchase records: as required for tax purposes. After that, it's deleted or anonymized.

07 Your Rights

Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Ask whether we hold personal information about you, and see it.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Withdraw consent to non-essential collection or use (knowing that may limit what we can deliver).
• Complain — to us first, and then to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta if you're not satisfied.

We respond to access and correction requests within 45 days, usually much faster.

01 Custom Builds

• Before work starts: full deposit refund, no questions asked.
• After work starts: the 50% deposit is earned and non-refundable — it books your slot and pays for the sprint in progress.
• Final payment: due on delivery. If we miss the committed timeline through our own fault, the late-delivery credit in your Spec applies — and if we blow it badly, we'll negotiate in good faith.
• Babysitting window: bugs reported within 14–30 days of delivery (per plan) are fixed free. That's the warranty — not a refund trigger, but we almost always make it right.

02 Course & Digital Products

• The n8n Masterclass PDF and template packs are digital goods delivered instantly. All sales are final once the download link has been accessed.
• If the file is defective or won't open, we'll replace or fix it — that's on us, always.
• Bought the wrong add-on? Email us within 7 days and we'll swap or credit it, as long as no live call or setup session has been delivered.

03 How To Request

Email info@littysbots.xyz from the email used at purchase with your invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
